Return and Refund Policy – O’Hara Catering Co

At O’Hara Catering Co, we prepare fresh food to order and also supply personalised balloon products. Because of the nature of these products, our returns, cancellations and refunds policy differs from that of a standard retail store.

Fresh food and perishable goods
Our catering products are freshly prepared and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or collected.

This does not affect your rights if an item is incorrect, damaged, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately after delivery or collection so we can review the issue and work to resolve it.

Personalised and made-to-order items
Personalised balloons and other custom-made items are made specifically to your order. Once production has started, these items cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described.

Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Orders cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund, subject to whether preparation or production has already begun.
• Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
• Personalised or custom items may not be refundable once work has started.

Incorrect, missing or unsatisfactory items
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us immediately at info@oharacatering.ie with your order details and, where possible, photographs. We may offer an appropriate remedy, including replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
