Shipping Policy – O’Hara Catering Co

We offer delivery across Dublin and collection from our Cabra location.

Delivery area
We deliver across Dublin, subject to availability and order acceptance.

Delivery charge
A standard delivery charge of €15 applies unless otherwise stated.

Minimum order
A minimum order value of €50 applies.

Collection
Free collection is available from:
O’Hara Catering Co
Spar Faussagh Avenue, Cabra, Dublin

Notice required
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for orders wherever possible.

Hot food orders
Hot food is available for delivery or collection only up to 2:30pm. Our final cook time is approximately 2:00pm, so hot food orders must be scheduled within the available time window.

Delivery times
Delivery times are selected at checkout and are subject to availability, traffic, weather and operational conditions. We do our best to deliver on time, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Failed delivery or customer unavailable
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If nobody is available, or if incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, delays may occur and refunds may not be available for perishable goods prepared for that delivery.
