Terms of Service – O’Hara Catering Co

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to orders placed with O’Hara Catering Co.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. About us
O’Hara Catering Co operates from Cabra, Dublin and offers catering products, beverages and selected balloon products for collection and delivery.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability, acceptance and confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing error, suspected misuse, or operational constraints.

A minimum order value of €50 applies.

3. Pricing
All prices shown on our website are in euro and are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges and any applicable fees are shown at checkout where relevant.

If we discover an obvious pricing or product description error after an order is placed, we reserve the right to contact you to correct the issue, offer an alternative, or cancel the order and issue a refund where appropriate.

4. Delivery and collection
We offer delivery across Dublin for a standard charge of €15, subject to availability. Free collection is available from our Cabra location.

Delivery windows are subject to availability. We aim to meet selected time slots but cannot guarantee exact delivery times in all circumstances.

Hot food is available only within the stated operating window and must be scheduled accordingly.

5. Fresh food and perishable goods
Our catering products are freshly prepared and perishable. Please ensure that food is checked promptly on delivery or collection and stored, handled and consumed appropriately.

6. Personalised products
Personalised balloons and other custom or made-to-order items are produced specifically for your order. Small variations in colour, finish or design may occur. Once work has started, these items may not be cancellable or refundable except where faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described.

7. Allergens and dietary information
Customers should contact us in advance regarding allergens, dietary requirements and ingredient queries. While we do our best to provide accurate information, food is prepared in a working kitchen environment and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

8. Product availability and substitutions
Occasionally, certain items or ingredients may be unavailable. Where reasonable, we may substitute with a similar item of equal quality and value. If a significant change is required, we will try to contact you.

9. Problems with orders
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery or collection.

10. Website information
We try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, but errors or omissions may occasionally occur. Images are for illustration purposes and products may vary slightly.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our liability shall be limited to the value of the order in question.
