Every sandwich on this platter is 100% plant-based: no meat, fish, dairy or egg. Each sauce and spread is made from a product labelled suitable for vegans. Packed and labelled separately, so it's easy to spot on the table.

The selection includes:

• Peri Peri Pepper: hummus, roasted red peppers and crisp gem lettuce with a drizzle of mild lemon & herb peri peri
• Beetroot & Hummus: creamy hummus, sliced beetroot, shredded carrot and gem lettuce
